3. Appointment Cancellation by Patients
3.1 Advance Notice Required
We require at least 24 hours advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other patients who may need urgent care.

3.3 Cancellation Fees
Cancellation with 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee. Any advance payment will be refunded or can be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee may apply, or advance payments may be forfeited, depending on the circumstances.
No-show (missed appointment without notice): Advance payments will be forfeited, and future appointments may require advance payment.
4. Appointment Cancellation by Clinic
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to:
- Medical emergencies
- Unforeseen circumstances affecting clinic operations
- Equipment malfunctions
- Staff unavailability
In such cases, we will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer alternative appointment times
- Provide priority scheduling for rescheduled appointments
- Refund any advance payments if you choose not to reschedule
5. Rescheduling Appointments
You may reschedule your appointment subject to availability. We recommend:
- Providing at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling
- Confirming your new appointment time with our staff
- Being flexible with alternative dates if your preferred time is unavailable
6. Emergency Cancellations
We understand that emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency (medical emergency, family emergency, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may waive cancellation fees for genuine emergencies.
7. Repeated Cancellations
Patients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be required to:
